The Covent Building

I arrived at the Covent, a somewhat large two story house. It was an old building, Victorian style, with a bay window. 'Ironic' I thought. It was painted a deep navy blue though the paint was falling off in places, showing a faded and very old coat of white paint.

Aevair appeared beside me, looking at the house. "It's pretty nice." He said. "Yes it's quite nice." I relpied, "Let's go inside."

We walked into the foyer, dark and covered in dust from unuse. To the left was a wide doorway which led to a living room with a Baby-Grand Piano. To the right was a swinging door to the kitchen, which hadn't been used since the I bought the residence. Straight forward was a large staircase that spread out at the bottom and was open at the top so that a portion of the upstairs hallway was visibe, which led upward to the bedrooms. On either side of the staircase was a doorframe that lead down to the basement, which had been renovated to allow for arena fights.

"Go on up and choose a room that suits you." I told Aevair.

"Ok i'll try." i said, walking up the large staircase.

"HEY WHICH ROOM IS YOURS?!" I shouted from the atop the stairs looking down a long hallway. I didnt really wait for an answer, I just walked into the first room i came to on the left of the hallway. It looked great. All the furniture was a dark-brown stained wood. I looked at the bed, the sheets were a dark navy-blue, i doubted I would get any sleep, but i like the idea of being able to lay down every once in a while. I looked in the corner and there was an old, but never been used, easel. This was perfect!

I walked out of the room. Then down the stairs to ask Edwin if i could have the room.

"Yes of course. You are the only resident besides me at this time, and my room is the Very Last room to the left. I'll show you." I said and guided him down the hallway.

I opened the door to a room with a large window, many shelves of old and new books(mostly literature) , a large kidney-shaped desk, and an old lumpy couch. "This is my room." I said, "I would prefer it if you asked before coming in here."

"I'll be sure too knock or something." I said, a bit eager to start painting.

I nodded and Aevair left, I poked my head out of the door to see him slip into his room but before he could close the door I said. "Aevair the bathroom is the third door on the right. Forgot to mention that." He nodded and closed his door.

I breathed in the fresh air and smelled for a deer or mountian lion. I quickly picked up the familiar scent of mountian lion and closed in. When I was done feeding I took the carcus to my normal drop off where the wild wolves would take care of it. They were already waiting for me since I usually feed on the same night every month. One day however, I decided I would conduct a little expirament. I didn't feed on my normal night for a year or two and dumped the carcus in a different location. Even though I did that the wolves still came there every night, even though all the wolves had died and it was a new generation. Coming to this location once a month had been embedded in their system, and it was something they were born knowing to do.

I walked up the stairs and turned to the right and into the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror... 'Hmm... I got a little carried away tonight.' I had blood all over my shirt and face, so I undressed and started some warm water running...

I towel dried and walked back to my room, leaving my towel; and clothes behind...
I locked my door and sat on my couch staring at the ceiling, thinking then reading, and some more thinking. The only thing I missed, sleep.

When the sun started to rise I put some clothes on and walked down stairs into the living room and started to play the piano.

After I closed the door I looked at the little ruck-sack that had my whole little camp in. It kinda was sad, but it had my paints, paint brushes, charcole pencils, the works. So I got my artsee-fartsee stuff out and began to skech a land-scape on the easel, down to the little ridges on the leafs. This took half the night. After the skech was done I decided too pertend to sleep.

After my lovely pretend sleep I got up and looked at the skech again...then heard the most beautiful music and the picture seemed to move with the music. So I went to go see where the music was coming from. And found edwin at the baby-grand piano. I was truely memorized by the beauty of the music.

"Oh, hello Aeviar. What should we do today?" I said, looking to my new apprentice. "Perhaps some training, or something of the sort?"

[Aevair Tearn]

"Sounds like fun." I said deviously.

[Edwin Spencer]

"Where should go to train?" I asked him. "I'll let you decide..."

[Aevair Tearn]

"I'm pretty new to this place, and I don't really know where around here we can train...." I said.

[pogo]

"i know a place..." Pogo interrupted them..smiling suspiciously. aleister put a hand on his katana just in case there would be trouble. Pogo grinned at Aevair. "hello there" she showed her fangs.
